Zucchini Cobbler
This cobbler is so good! No one believes that it is made with zucchini and zucchini sure is easier to slice up that peeling all of those apples! A certain crowd pleaser.....

Cajun Style Blackened Snapper
We enjoyed the flavor of this one, but watch out for the smoke! Next time, I will definitely cook this recipe outside on the grill burner! My guests thought the house was on fire!
