My kids and husbund loved these burgers! I was a little hesitant to try them but after reading the reviews decided to give it a go. It is a quick and easy recipe that my 4 year old helped with up until the frying. The only change I made was that I shredded the carrots instead of cutting them small and they stayed together nicely when formed. This will definitely be an addition to our dinner menu as I am used to buying prepackaged veggie burgers and these are much yummier and way cheaper. Thanks for the recipe!
