This looks very similar to my own chili, though I play around with the seasonings like adding extra cumin. :D Also, I throw in about 1/2 Cup frozen kernal corn. And I agree with a comment already made that it's great 'cooked' in a crockpot! Tender. Juicy. Chili perfection.

Apricot Brandy Pound Cake III

I made this recipe last year and it's excellent! Try cubing for a chocolate fondue or chocolate fountain dessert night. You can freeze the cubes for future use, but they also make a great frozen treat. Yumm! :D
