I'm a girlfriend of a hungry roughneck, and a new mom of a 5 month old little boy, and I stay at home with him, so when he's asleep, I cook! It's my newest hobby and way of life. I like it. :] Oh, something new is always fun. I just like to cook, and bake. Hungarian.. mmmmm...yummy food with lots of starch and sour cream...and paprika! Meatballs, baked ziti, oatmeal cookies, pumpkin bread, meat and noodle slop, beer bread...cake... Oh gosh..the last time I made mashed potatoes. It was awful. I didn't have any money to go to the store..so I had to work with what I had already...and I didn't have enough sour cream, so I added some cream cheese, and that wasn't quite the right consistancy, so I added some cheese, and that wasn't right...so I tried ranch and then mrs. dash...it was funky.
