I upped it to three chipotle peppers and we definitely tasted them throughout. This was a really good tasting dish....doesn't "feel" like a burger at all. I used pepper jack cheese but next time will go with a cheddar as the pepper jack couldn't stand on it's own next to teh chipotle. We also added sliced avocado on top. Will make again.

Pretty good. Gotta cook it slow on the grill. First time Imade it I used higher heat and turned out not as good....more blackened. Cooked on low 11 minutes and then flipped it for 8 minutes on med.
