Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops.
Tastes great, but cooking time took longer than what was said on recipe. I will def make it again.

Beefy Pasta Skillet
This dish was an okay version of hamburger helper. Its needs a bit more flavor. I added oregano & garlic, but that didn't do the trick. Next time I will add some veggies.
