Bob's Bean Salad

The balsamic turned it brown. I didnt add peppers, but adding any colored pepper might help! BUT it tastes great!!

Mustard Vinaigrette

A good dressing, I too added extra honey, use a jar to mix it and it turned out great! I put it on a chopped salad, made of romaine, iceberg, small tube pasta, chicken breast, bacon, tomato, gorgonzola cheese & green onions...yummm!

Crab Dip

Pretty good! I added Old Bay like other reviewers suggested, and used 4 fresh packs of crab from Chicken of the Sea and it turned out great! They dont mention to drain the crab, but I suggest you do! My dip was a little runny.

Bagel Dip

A good base recipe, but I tweeked it a bit. I added 3pkgs dried beef, 1 cup of miracle whip and added 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash for the seasonings.. Alowed to chill overnight and I used Thomas' plain & "everything" bagels...YUMMM

Shrimp Scampi Bake

I thought this was awesome! I used grey poupon mustard and in addition to all of the other ingredients I added some garlic pepper, salt & cayenne pepper and it came out wonderful! Cant wait to make it again! I served it over fettuccine, but any pasta would work!

Field Salad

I have yet to try this salad, but it sounds like a salad that Panera serves, which I order everytime I am at the resturant! I would suggest using manadrin oranges for the apples if you would like a different taste!
