Campbell's Kitchen Broccoli and Cheese Casserole
Easy and delicious. I doubled the recipe, and I think that next time I will double the broccoli without doubling the sauce ingredients.

Crepes
Great recipe! I made these on a whim, and so didn't have things I would normally use for filling/sauce. To improvise, I stirred sweetener into sour cream for filling and heated jelly for a drizzle of sauce. Delicious and easy.

Grilled Poblano Pepper and Mango Quesadillas
Wow! I like mangoes but have never found a favorite way to eat them. This is it. We made them just as the recipe described.
