Citrus Mint Cooler

Absolutely the most sublime lemonade I've ever experienced! Makes lemonade from concentrate feel terribly inadequate and tremble in shame! The mint it a must--though I've heard this same type of drink works with basil as well.

Tofu and Veggies in Peanut Sauce

I got my husband to make this for me when I was busy writing one evening--turned out awesome! A little heavy on the peanut butter, but you have to get your protein somehow, right?
