Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole
Was gone in 10 minutes at Easter Sunday brunch. I only had hashbrowns with green and red peppers and onions in them, but I think the tastes worked rather well. Anyway it was a big hit, and would be perfect without my forced add-ins, too.
