Mother of three, stay at home mom during the week, so I cook dinner almost every night. I really enjoy trying new things and being in the kitchen... especially when I have a good glass of wine and someone to keep me company Chicken recipes, casseroles, seafood having my daughter help me in the kitchen ???!!!??? every night! Just kidding... Once I made green bean casserole with fresh beans and didn't cook them before I added them to the casserole. YUCK! I tried baked potatoes in the oven once, and probably had them in there for several hours and I just couldn't get them right! CRUNCH! CRUNCH!
