Garlic Sauteed Artichokes
Tasty! The only downside is that the leaves are slippery with all that butter and it's hard to get a good grip while you're eating it. But I can deal with it!

Buttermilk Cornbread Muffins
Great, except for the baking soda. Maybe a half teaspon would be enough. I like cornbread like this that is not too sweet.
