I am a 40 year old lady with a passion for cooking!! My dream would be to go to culinery school. Sometimes I wish I would have discolvered my passion for cooking when I was younger so I would have had the drive to go and the flexibility to move somewhere that had a culinery school. At any rate, I don't want to be a chef; just want to please people with my fantastic food!! My favorite things to cook would be anything that allows me to be really creative and I like to try things that utilize steps that I have seen on TV Food Network. I have found out that those things aren't as difficult as they look!! I remember baking and canning with my grandma as a child. I really just like having everyone in the kitchen sitting around talking and laughing as the cooking is being done!! I have been able to make difficult dishes that require steps that I never thought would be possible!! Oh my gosh!! There have been so many but the worst thing I think I have ever made (and I was SO excited about this dish too!) was Tarragon Chicken. I don't know if I did something wrong with the recipe or added something I shouldn't have or missed something but it was just terrible!!
