Pumpkin Muffins II
These just came out of my oven, and they are great! I halved the recipe which made a dozen muffins. I used canned pumpkin, added rolled oats and used half white and half brown sugar. These are sweet, but not too sweet and they're very moist!

Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing
This was just okay for us. I made it as stated, and there was just way too much vinegar in it for me.
