Zucchini Herb Casserole
This recipe is really good and healthy, but I'm glad I read the reviews before making it. I followed other reviewer's advices and at least trippled the amount of spices. I also added a chicken cube while cooking the rice. Next time I'll use at least 1 cup of rice for the recipe. I also added about a cup of green bell peppers, which was great. Next time I will add some ground turkey or beef to give it additional flavor. Otherwise great recipe and super easy to make! Thanks for sharing!
