Zucchini Herb Casserole
This recipe is really good and healthy, but I'm glad I read the reviews before making it. I followed other reviewer's advices and at least trippled the amount of spices. I also added a chicken cube while cooking the rice. Next time I'll use at least 1 cup of rice for the recipe. I also added about a cup of green bell peppers, which was great. Next time I will add some ground turkey or beef to give it additional flavor. Otherwise great recipe and super easy to make! Thanks for sharing!

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)
It is a great recipe, but I'm giving it 4 stars because it needs more tweeking in my opinion. I used two onions that I fried really long and will definitely make it with 3 or 4 the next time. I also used more of the spices such as Turmeric powder and more Paprika. For the rice I'll use at least 4 chicken cubes the next time to give it more flavor. Serving this dish with Yoghurt and a side of cucumber salad is perfect! Will definitely make it again! Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Cobb Salad
This salad is fantastic, easy to make and very satisfying and filling! I found that the amount given was perfect for two people. One egg for each person is good. I used turkey bacon instead and it was a hit! Will definitely make again! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
