I love cooking, its like an art to me. I'm always trying to learn something new. I figure the best way to impress someone is either show them something they've never had or something they've had but never that good, so its always an apprentice/master. I like cooking at a fast pace, I don't like waiting around. If something is cooking, I need to be prepping or cleaning up. Keep busy!!! ;) ...and if music isn't playing, you won't find me cooking either. Actually, my favorite type is bar food. Although unhealthy, everyone loves it and it stays with a fast tempo. Making a one dollar oven pizza and leaving in the oven for 45 minutes...
