Blueberry Zucchini Bread

I made 2 loaves of this bread in August and put one in the freezer. We finished up the 2nd loaf and it was just as good as when it was made fresh. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing.

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken

My family loved this. It tastes just like a rotisserie chicken. I did not make any changes to the recipe, but did bake it in a small roasting pan with a cover instead of a 9x13 pan. Fantastic!!!

Savory Cheddar Zucchini Muffins

I just made a double batch of these and they are awesome! I did leave out the bacon because I didn't have any, but I had no problem with baking them to the right consistency. They taste very similar to the Red Lobster rolls, but even better. I've already e-mailed this recipe to several friends. Thanks for a keeper!

Taco Pies

My family loved these. Even my husband, who is not a taco fan, came back for seconds. I did only make one pie and used the entire 1 lb of meat. I also took other reviewers suggestions and added taco seasoning to the meat. I will be making these again and will make 2 next time, but will increase the meat to 2 lbs so that I have 1 lb per pie.

Beef Sirloin Tip Roast

Very good recipe. My daughter, who loves mushrooms and loves gravy, just couldn't get enough of this wonderful combination. I will continue to use this recipe for years to come. Thanks for sharing.

Green Tomato Relish

This recipe is just like my mom used to make! It's awesome! I only made 1/2 of a batch, but will make a full batch next year. I shared the finished product with a co-worker and she will also be making this next year. I did follow other reviewers suggestions and cut back on the sugar. It was still plenty sweet. Thanks for the great recipe.

Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

This is the best jam I've ever made! I made 2 batches of this in mid-August and canned it (approximately 5 pints per batch) and my family has already used half of it. I guess we won't have it through the winter. I did make one change, however. I added 2 cups of crushed fresh strawberries. I'll be making several batches next year when the rhubarb and strawberries are plentiful and make sure to put enough up for winter. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
