Firecracker Casserole
This was absolutely delicious! I used crushed tortilla chips instead of flour tortillas and added 1 cup salsa to the meat mixture. Also subbed pkgs of taco and chili seasonings for the spices. Served with sour cream....yummm!

Gaucho Casserole
I made this for a church potluck. It was all gone! Everyone liked it. I will make it again, but will probably add more spices.
