Chicken Enchilada Casserole II
There was WAY too much sour cream i this recipe. My husband and I like enchiladas, but this recipe overdid it. I was very disappointed and didn't know enough to doctor it myself.

Famous Chicken Francaise
Made it as was requested by a friend - it was somewhat difficult to make and mine did'nt come out very well.
