About this Cook
I'm a very very healthy eater, I eat no junkfood what-so-ever but I just love making it, so I make my own healthy versons usually using splenda and not ever using eggs, or butter. I love to cook and have bean helping my mom in the kitchen for as long as I can remember, when I was little I helped stir brownie batter, decorate cakes and all that.
My favorite things to cook
Anything bready and doughy, somthing that I can flour up and kneed with my fingers and mush up.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandma came up for Christmas a couple years back and showed me and my mom how to make these chocolate chip thingys, I'm not sure of the name but I remember you had to cream eggs till you got stiff peaks, then put the chocolate chips in them, then you put them in the oven for a long time until they were nice and crunchy. They were soooo good, and fun to make.^^
My cooking triumphs
I've bean trying to make bread like things lately, for some reason they never seem to turn out quite as sweet as I hope for.
My cooking tragedies
One of the first things I remember trying to cook on my own were good old fashoned chocolate chip cookies, I thought it might be a good idea to learn something new to cook every day since I don't have cooking class ( I'm home schooled) so I refused any help, looked up some random recipe on the internet ( couldn't find my moms cookbook) and started mashing up butter, butter, and more butter. They turned out liqidy and mostly made out of, you guessed it, butter! It was really sad, but I learned that 1 cup of butter wasn't an actual CUP of butter, ( I needed to use 1 stick)

Pizza Crust Fantastico
Thia was an alright recipe, but it didn't have hardly enough flour to go in it, so I added about 1 and MAYBE a half cups through the kneeding prosess, but it was still really gooy.
