French Bread Rolls to Die For
I made these for Thanksgiving and received RAVE reviews! I followed the recommendation of one review that said to add a little honey, which turned out great. The second batch I used wheat flour, which wasn't quite as tasty as the first batch I made with white flour (they were still good, but not great). I'll have to sift through the reviews and see if anyone has a solution for the wheat flour variety. Overall, though, these were a hit and will definately be made again!

Vegetarian Korma
This dish was AMAZING! After searching Allrecipes.com for a way to use up several veggies I had left in the fridge,I stumbled upon this little gem. I substituted whole-milk yogurt instead of heavy cream to lighten up the fat/calorie content. My husband raved about this dish - we will definately be making this one again!!!

Moroccan Lentil Soup
This is absolutely a magnificent meal! Easy to make in the slow cooker and so tasty. My husband must have meat at every meal, so I added in some ground turkey. I used a recipe for Ras al Hanoot from another reviewer and bit the bullet to buy a bottle of ground cardamom - great investment because we will definately make this soup again. I made the Na'an recipe from this website, and it went over great! We had leftovers with rice - it's even better the next day! I recommend this soup to everyone!
