I'm a professional eater.....I Love a nice glass of wine and good food with friends and family, and have found that eating out is not nearly as good as eating in. I Love cooking the foods my family likes, and trying new recipes. Holidays of course is the time all the kids get in the kitchen with me. We create wonderful memories, laugh, and of course taste a little of everything as we go along. Cheesecake...I am not a great baker, my cakes are almost always UGLY!! but cheesecake (from this site of course) is my triumph...so DELICIOUS!! CAKES CAKES CAKES.....i've given up on them...I'll stick to meat and potatoes :-)
