I wasn't sure what to expect with such simple ingredients - but this is really good! A great change of pace for a summer side salad.

This is a very good recipe - no need to buy a bottle of dressing from the store with who knows what it in anymore! My only suggestion would be to specify using a light olive oil. The first time I made this, I used extra virgin, which was a little too bitter with the herbs in there. Light tasting is just the ticket, though!

I found this recipe when searching for one that didn't need pineapple or raisins (which I didn't have). This is a wonderful, moist cake and the frosting is decadent. A great alternative to my usual recipe.
