I am a casual cook turned restaurant chef. I have always loved cooking for parties and get togethers. When I moved back home (small town) from the big city, I started a restaurant/bar. Well the food took off so well that we dropped the "Bar" and went to the food side. Before we closed in 2008 we had the reputation as the best restaurant in town.
