I liked this much better than the traditional tuna salad - I liked the addition of cumin especially. I left out the black beans (college student budget!) and the optional ingredients and it was still delicious. I also added a few shakes of chili powder because I felt like there was something missing. Will definitely make again!

The dough was very good, but it was difficult to make. Do not make this if you're in a hurry. I will try it again for sure!

I love love love zucchini, so I've been trying many recipes on this site. This was good - I cut the ingredients in half and used minced garlic from a jar. There was a little too much sauce, though - definitely needs to be served over pasta or with some garlic bread. Other than that a great recipe!
