Make it just like the reciepe states and you can not go wrong...I have my own Raspberries plants and needed a reciepe and tried this one... and I am glad I did! thanks Jan Taylor very good reciepe... I am going to try a different berry next time maybe even Plums let you all know how it turns out..Kim Thomas.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

I needed something for all of my garden zucchini. Found this recipe and tripled it to yield 6 loaves! No ingredients were altered, the only thing I did do different was the zucchini. I put it into a blender w/ a little water and set it on shred and it was great! The loaves were very moist and tasty. The other loaves I did not need at the time I froze for future use!

Tamale Pie I

This was bland and gritty. Put an end to the grit, use Bisquick or Martha White's Mexican corn bread. Don't stir it in the meat mixture! Pour half on bottom of baking dish and the other half on top of meat mixture. Add some flavor: try a taco seasoning packet.
