Tasty Lemonade
Very tart. I added 4 Splenda to sweeten it a bit more. Kids seemed to like it though!

Sweet Potato Pie II
Very tasty - great warm! I did have to cook it longer as the middle seemed to stay very soft. It is a sweet dish since cooked sweet potatoes are naturally sweet so I would maybe cut down the white sugar a tad next time. Otherwise, I wouldn't make any changes. Delicious!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
Very good! I doubled the recipe, added 2 cloves of fresh garlic and a fully rounded tablespoon of brown sugar and let it reduce. I grilled my seasoned filets separately until internal temp was 160° and made the glaze on the side. Would definitely make it again. Thanks for sharing!
