Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Very good and very easy! I used honey mustard rather than regular mustard, and less butter than the recipe called for. I would definitely make these again.

These were a big hit at my house, and I have already made them twice. I did as many others suggested, adding 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1 1/2 tsp. of vanilla to the recipe. I plan to make this again, substituting other ingredients for the chocolate chips - it's a good basic muffin recipe.

Ramen Coleslaw

I used sunflower seeds in place of the sesame seeds, and used beef ramen noodles in place of the chicken. I added some cooked, chopped chicken breast and served this for a main course. It was gone in a flash and everyone loved it.

Brownie Biscotti

Delicious! I made this for teacher's gifts last year and got raves. My daughter loved it too, and the recipe is easy enough that she (age 11) was able to prepare the biscotti mostly on her own when we made it the second time.

Baklava

Easy Mexican Rice

I've been trying to find a tasty way to add brown rice to my diet, and this was it! I substituted a can of black beans for the kidney beans, and topped it with a little diced onion and some cheddar cheese. The flavor was wonderful, and it couldn't have been easier. My 10 year old daughter would not touch it, but then, she doesn't like anything anyway.

Slow Cooker Lasagna

I thought this was going to be great -- easy and quick in the crock pot. Well, it was quick and easy, but we ended up dumping it and having sandwiches for dinner. It was dry, mushy and tasteless. No one liked it, not me, not my husband, not our daughter.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

I made this Christmas morning. Did not have croutons so I put some bread in the oven and toasted it and then cubed it and used that. Delicious! This recipe is definitely a keeper, and one that I'll use again and again. Everyone loved it!

Anniversary Chicken I

The ranch dressing and teriaki sauce sounded like an odd combination, but this dish is fantastic! It's special enough to serve to company, but easy enough that you could make it any time. My 8 year old picky eater loves it and so do I!

Key Lime Cake II

I made this for a special dinner and everyone raved about it. It was moist, citrusy and delicious. Even my 8 year old daughter who turns up her nose at anything that's not chocolate cleaned her plate. I had to give the leftovers to a neighbor or I would have eaten the whole thing myself!
