Bourbon Whiskey BBQ Sauce
followed recipe exactly, kept in frig 2 days before using. We didn't care for the flavor, prefer store bought sauce over this one...still looking for the perfect sauce.

Baked Ziti I
Really good. My new potluck dish! I took others' suggestions and substituted 1/2 ricotta-1/2 sour cream with 1 egg and tossed with ziti; used spicy ground sausage sauteed with garlic and pasta sauce seasoned with extra salt, pepper, basil, and garlic & onion powders...then sprayed pan and foil cover with Pam...layered sauce, pasta/ricotta, sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, pasta/ricotta, sauce, mozz., parm., and layered top with provolone! very yummy!

Peach Cobbler Bread
So delicious I just ate 1/2 a mini loaf by myself! I followed some others' suggestions and upped the peaches to almost 2 cups chopped; substituted water with 1/3 cup oil and applesauce (1/2 each); added cinnamon and nutmeg and left out almond extract. Definitely a keeper...this bread is to-die-for!!!
