Skillet Green Beans
My kids 5, 12, 15) LOVED this dish as well as my husband who is not a fan of onions. I used about 1/2 the onions, just to be on the safe side and it was just enough flavor. Excellent! I will be making our green beans like this from now on! (except green bean casserole at the holidays :)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This is not only super fast to prepare, but my family LOVED it! My husband made me make it three days later. The parmesan melts on top of the fish to form a nice crust and really "traps" in the rest of the flavors. This is definitely the best way I've found to prepare Tilapia.

The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie
It's true, this is an excellent recipe. These are probably the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever made (just in time to give them with milk to Santa!). I didn't substitute baking soda with powder as many others did, but I DID use self-rising flour instead of all purpose. This kept them cookie-like but nice and thick. Bravo to the Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie! You live up to your name!
