Cubed steak is cubed steak. It's cheap for a reason. This recipe does a good job of hiding that fact. I had trouble with the frying part. The parmesan cheese stuck to the pan, and pulled off most of the "breading". This was more of a cooking error on my part, however. Overall, very tasty...but a bit of work for just cubed steak.

This recipe is a lot of fun. You can really get creative and add your signature touch. I agree that canned chicken breast makes this dish a lot easier. It shreds and blends with the cream cheese very well. Follow some of the suggestions in the reviews, because they take this dish from good to delicious.
