Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Absolutely delightful! I've made it twice now and I've had a few people tell me it's their favorite dessert I've ever made!!! I bake a lot, so that is a huge complement! I'm memorizing this one!

Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Coffee cake is good overall. I went with the recommended 2 tsp instead of 2 tablespoons of baking powder, and it still tasted a little bitter to me. I might try it with just 1 tsp next time. Also, I had to bake mine for almost an hour until it was done. Overall I don't think it was a total waste of my fresh blueberries and I'll probably make it again in the future.

Creamy Italian Dressing I

Unbelievably good!! I just made it a few minutes ago because every dressing in my fridge looked incredibly unappetizing. This was just perfect. I eased up on the onion, only because I didn't have much, as well as the red wine vinegar. I also used 1/2 c light mayo and 1/2 miracle whip light because that was all I had. Really fantastic stuff! Thanks!

Lacy Oatmeal Cookies

I just made these cookies for Christmas and they are show-stoppers. I followed the recipe with on exception - I added in cinnamon chips for a little twist. They are FANTASTIC! In my oven they only needed about 8 minutes, so keep a close eye on them. Thanks for a great cookie recipe that from now on will be a holiday tradition in my family!

Apple Butter Spice Cake

This cake is really fantastic. I needed a recipe calling for Apple Butter and this far surpassed my expectations. I used Special K Cinnamon Pecan for the Bran cereal and subbed in 1 cup of canned pumpkin for the sour cream (my sister HATES sour cream and was convinced she'd be able to taste it). Turned out GREAT! I'll make this again over the holidays when family is in town!
