Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
Terrific recipe--fast, easy, and delicious. As others suggested doing, I used at least twice the amount of salt, Worcestershire, and garlic powder (didn't have garlic salt), and set the oven to 300. Will definitely make this again.

Morning Glory Muffins I
Delicious and moist muffins. I love pumpkin, so used pumpkin butter (found at a farmer's market) instead of apple butter. I also used a food processor for the apple and carrots, equal parts white and whole wheat flour, and doubled the walnuts on top.

Asian Beef Skewers
Delicious beef skewers! I made these for a small group of friends, and everyone loved them. I followed the recipe exactly, and definitely thought using good quality flank steak makes a big difference.
