I enjoy trying new recipes and finding ones that make my family very happy when they eat. I find great joy when I found and made a recipe that they love! I also like to go out on the boat and fish. When I fish, IF... I catch anything I will immediatley think of how I want to cook it up. Then I get home and start cooking right away. I can't wait to cook it and taste it. I used to love making desserts but now I am starting to enjoy main meals better. At Thanksgiving we start making cookies for Christmas (we freeze them). Then we all sneak into the freezer and usually we end up rushing a couple weeks before Christmas to make some more cookies :) When I find really good recipes off the website I usually end up losing them and can't make them again :( One time I was making a sauce and it called for a clove of garlic. Well I didn't exactly know how much that was, so I used the whole thing of garlic...opps! The house smelled for days and the sauce was terrible. Even my fingers smelled for days! I never thought it was possible to have to much garlic until that day :)
