Easy Granola Bars
this was way easy and adapatable and yummy! okay, maybe it's not a healthy granola bar exactly but I don't eat granola bars for the health anyway :) I added Goji berries, ground hazelnuts and walnuts and used regular chocolate chips - the goji berries gave them a festive holiday look for the party I went to (cranberries would work the same) and they were gobbled up faster than the chocolate chip cookies on the table. Thanks - I'll use this one over and over again!
