Thai Grilled Beef Salad

Wonderful salad that's very similar to what we typically have in Thai restaurants. I didn't have any cilantro and used parsley instead. It was still good but I think the cilantro would have made it even better. Added sambal oelek (an Indonesian chilli sauce) and chilli flakes for an even spicier taste. Yummy!

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Great tasting dish. Used canned sundried tomatoes and used the oil instead of olive oil for added taste. Used cashews instead of pine nuts and it worked well too

Spinach and Rice (Spanakorizo)

Came out perfectly as I used a rice cooker and reduced liquids to 2 parts liquid (water &/or broth) to 1 part rice. Used a can of diced tomatoes with liquids instead of chopped fresh tomatoes &/or tomato paste. Used veg bullion as well for taste. Very delicious and my fussy daughter ate some as well.

Amazingly simple and really as great as the ratings make it. Zapped it in the microwave to help reduce the cook time and then popped it into the oven for another 15 mins. Turns out just as well

Garlic Butter

Wonderfully simple! Put it on bread, vegetables, eggs, just about anywhere you put regular butter on and the garlic gives it the enhanced taste and flavour.

Didn't have poppy seeds so skipped it. The dressing was wonderful with any roast nuts it seems (used cashews one time and peanuts another). Dried cranberries gave it the right balance with the vinegar

Really as good as what the others say about this recipe. Set the serving size to 12 for a dozen large muffins. Added a shot of nutmeg and 3/4 tsp cinnamon as recommended. Skipped the crumble topping and was still delish!

Easy Paella

Excellent tasting and seriously easy. I added some slices of basa fillets and it went nicely together with the other ingredients. I didn't marinade the chicken overnight and it was still delicious. Added basil too as another seasoning.
