Best brownies ever! I have made this over and over and people always say the same - even friends that don't like cheesecake like these brownies...only change I made was the sugar, I start with about half of what the recipe calls for and then add it to taste...thank you so much for posting this recipe!

Recipe was great - I agree with the other users though, the more vegetables the better. I also steamed the broccoli...will definitely make this again..

This was very easy to make and has a wonderful balance of tartness and sweetness - I mixed all of the ingredients in a bowl first - first the butter and sugar and then added the eggs and then the lemon - as was suggested by another person on here - it worked really well and then all you have to do is heat it till it thickens! Great recipe!
