This is incredibly easy and delicious. It's my first time cooking shrimps and everyone loved it! Like some of the suggestions given, I used raw shrimps cuz they cook really fast. Thanks to the submitter still!

the cake should be renamed - the cinnamon flavour is too strong even after i cut down half as suggested by some reviews. it doesn't taste good w/o some frosting, and the icing in this recipe is WAY too sweet. i regretted switching to this recipe for my aunt's birthday (i usually use other recipes but saw some rave reviews about this so wanted to try), everybody complained about the soft texture (although i find moist cakes ok), and everyone asked me why i made the icing so sweet even tho i cut down 1/2 cup of the icing sugar for the frosting. i won't recommend this recipe to anyone with diabetes - this'l kill them. cinnamon n choc lovers with a sweet tooth - this should be a keeper.

hi, can anyone shed some light on baking this bread w/o a bread machine? i don't have one so i'm not sure how long or how hot the oven should be. i baked at 170*C for 20 mins but it was a bit wet inside so i baked for another 10 mins. texture not nice but the taste is great!
