Long Island Iced Tea
I too was a bartender, and I have to agree with chef Daddy of 4, this is how we made them at the restaurant/bar I worked at.If you make them heavier, they loose the "Iced Tea" taste.

Winter Lentil Vegetable Soup
If you want to speed up the chopping - I use a bag of Cole-Slaw mix. Works great!!
