These were great, the kids thought they were better than store bought Oreo's and they were so easy. I followed the recipe to a T and they turned out LOVELY! I wouldnt change a thing! We will make these over and over. My son's 1st grade class loved him too, so his birthday was a big hit!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

This was the first pineapple Upside down cake I ever made and it turned out awesome. I did read the reviews and used the golden butter cake as well as only half of the coconut. I also started to check it after 25 minutes in the oven and it was done in about 30. It could not have tasted better. I was disappointed to see that some people thought this recipe was a disaster and I am glad I tried it. We will make it again for sure! By the way, it tastes best when it is still warm out of the oven :)

Frog Cupcakes

This was a super fun recipe for my kids and I. For tastier results I would just recomend your favorite cupcake recipe rather than just a box mix.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Dream Cake

This was by far THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE I have ever had! My family tells everyone it is filled with ooey gooey goodness! I was a bit scared to try the recipe because others had said it turned out as a disaster. I figured they did not follow the directions correctly which state to make the pudding according to package directions, then add to the recipe. I am so so glad I made this recipe it was a huge hit at my Son’s 6th birthday!
