Chocolate Ganache
Easy and delicious! Left out the rum because I didn't have any. Thickly covered a single layer 8" cake with about a cup left over so I think it could easily do a 2 layer cake. But it was so rich, a single layer cake was a decadent treat.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
Easy and delicious. Will be my go-to recipe for a quick chicken dinner. I used bone-in thighs and baked for 35 minutes, then broiled 5 minutes per side.
