I've been a nurse for seven years, but cooked in an Italian restaurant since I was 13. Now cooking is a hobby for me and I like to try new recipes! I love to cook italian food, casseroles, roasts, you name it. My family is German, but we didn't eat a lot of German foods growing up. We ate a lot of meat and potato type meals and caseroles. I am a master at cooking steaks to my guest's liking. I made a great lasagne for the first time a few months ago. I started running 1/2 a kitchen at an Italian restaurant by the time I was 15. Trying to make potato salad.. Seemed so simple but it was horrible.
