Oatmeal Apricot Squares
Made this recipe with a few changes...I used splenda instead of real sugar, applesauce instead of butter,blackberry preserves, and sprinkled cinnamon/sugar on top. It came out pretty good. However, it could use more flavor. It was also very crumbly, but the crumbly texture actually made it better.

Blueberry Muffins I
Great muffin. Very moist. I added 1 1/2 cups of blueberry's, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. I also substituted applesauce for oil.

Healthy Banana Cookies
Wow so good and easy to make. They taste great. It is shocking how healthy they are. I used applesauce instead of oil.
