I was very hesitant about triyng this cake, and just in case I bought a box of mix, but I didn't use it, because this cake was wonderfull! I use 2 9 inch round pans and I didn't use the water bath, and it was great, I used for my daughter's birthday cake with Rick's buttercream frosting and everyone loved-it!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

great cake! I used 3 large bananas and baking soda instead of baking powder as other suggest. Baked in a 9" round pan. so moist and good!

Dulce de Leche

This is a very good recipe. I'm from Uruguay, (wich is like almost Argentina) and I grew up with this, ok, probably I wouldn't make the whole gallon, but the proportion is 1 cup of sugar for every 1 litre of milk, and 1/4 tea spoon of baking soda. I use to omit the cloth and ice bath process and still works perfect. and is soooo yummy! try-it as a filling for chocolate cake

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I just made two batches of this cookies, In the first one I follow the recipe to a T, and was pretty good, but It seems like too much dough, in the second one, I cut the sugar to 3/4 cup each and the flour to 2 1/4 cups and... bingo!! those are the best chocolate chip cookies ever!!

Beat and Bake Orange Cake

Really good, for those who find that it doesn't taste very much like orange, did they try the oranges before??, sometimes you can find tasteless oranges, but with the right fruit, this cake is the best, with or without icing!

Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake

OMG!! this cake is soooo good, the only thing that I would change would be the frosting, I didn't use melted butter, softened butter instead and try to cut the powdered sugar to 2 cups, but was not firm enough, and with 3 cups was a litlle bit too sweet, a really good acke anyway!
