Baby Burgers on Baguettes
I'd like to try these on rolls next time. They were too tall to really eat! I'd also like to try the hawaiian version someone suggested. Still, for a basic appetizer, they were pretty good.

Chicken Salad Puffs
Although my puffs turned out great the first time, the overall taste of the salad and the puffs was somehow not what I was expecting. The salad seemed a little bland. Not as yummy as I was hoping. Still a pretty decent recipe, and the people at my party still ate them!

Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes
I mis-proportioned the filling in each cupcake, but they still tasted great! I tried to add some raspberries to the filling, frost them and put a raspberry on top...next time I'd add more raspberries to the filling, I didn't do enough, but they still looked and tasted great!
