I'm a new wife with a new found interest in healthy cooking. I learned most of what I know from cooking with my grandmother but as I've gotten older I keep getting sucked into the addictive world of cooking. I used to cook traditionally southern food and have some amazing recipes but southern food isn't exactly known for being "healthy".
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake! Baking though... can get me in trouble. So if I can't bake, I'm usually working with meats. I really want to get more into non traditional types of meat like byson or lamb. I usually cook either with a a Cajun or Asian flare.
