Wow. These are so good!!! I never had a popcorn ball before and I now love them! I followed the recipe exactly, added both vanilla and vinegar. Salted my popcorn well and heated the candy to hard crack. YUM YUM YUM. My husband is nuts over them too!! I will be making these over and over again!

Jumbo 3-Chip Cookies

These cookies are amazing!! My husband and I loved them!! I did add 1 tsp. salt and made mine with an extra 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa to make them into chocolate cookies. So delicious!! We will def. make them without the cocoa as well to try them that way. I will be making this recipe again and again. It was fun making them so big, I usually just make regular size cookies, but these were fun!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I made one loaf of bread and 12 muffins with this recipe. Everything turned out soo delicious! I baked the muffins and loaf together, the muffins took 30 min. and the loaf took 1 hour 20 min. I followed the recipes with a few changes. I used milk instead of water and cut up small chuncks of caramel and mixed them into the batter. yummy!! For the muffins I also poked holes in the top and poured in melted cinn. sugar butter. I plan on making the Pumpkin fluff dip recipe from this site and using it as a spread for the bread. A nice fall treat :)

Mom's Island Treasures

My husband and I enjoyed these cookies. We didn't have any pecans so we made them without. I didn't enjoy the coconut flavor as much as I thought I would, but I really liked the texture, so I will probably use this recipe for regular choc. chip cookies now. I loved how I could roll the dough into balls.
