I am a 32 year old mom of two teenage girls. I work full-time so quick and easy receipes are important to me, but also teaching my girls traditional cooking methods are too. Every year during the Christmas season we have a cookie baking day when my mom, aunt, sister, cousin and me all bring our kids together to make Christmas cookies. We exchange ornaments to honor the tradition. We let even the smallest of babies join in the messy fun.
