Atomic Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
very good. extremely hearty. it's a great way to add those needed veggies. i placed ours on whole wheat pita bread and served with tomatoes. a very good meal. unfortunately, we had used our last red onion the night before, so i can't wait to try it again with all the ingredients.

Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
the best!!! i substituted olive oil for the butter and veggie oil, but changed nothing else, except i left the chicken out. this was the best tasting salad i've had in a while. it'll likely be a weekly addition!!!

Bryan's Spicy Red Lentil Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2008
a wonderful mix of tastes! of course, with any recipe, the spices need to be tweaked to fit your family's likes and dislikes, but the variety and the core of this recipe makes a delicious soup. my husband and i look forward to making this throughout the winter!

Ethiopian Cabbage Dish

so, so good...but takes so long to prepare! make sure you have a food processor if you attempt this recipe. the flavor is wonderful and the texture is pretty nice too. we will try again once we have the food processor. it's just too much to hand chop, slice and grate.

Spicy Flank Steak

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
great mix of spices. i couldn't find flank steak, so we used loin bottom...still great. i added a touch of rice wine vinegar to marinate better. i also doubled the spices because we love it spicy. and since our broiler has a mind of it's own, we sauteed in the skillet. the mix of spices is great. we'll definately use this again.
