I am a proud mom of a 14 month old son. I love to cook for my husband, family & friends. I am a cookbook adict, however I always seem to use the base of the recipe & change it here & there to add my personal touch.

A pizza dough rolled out so thin that you could see through it... Chicken in a wine sauce which looked & tasted awful!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
This is the best carrot cake I ever made. I ommitted the raisins as I did not have them on hand & it still tasted great!

Onion Mustard Buns
This is the third bun recipe I tried and they turned out quite tasty, although I thought they left a slight bitter aftertaste. I had them with portobello mushroom, red pepper & goats cheese.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes
I had higher expectations since I read so many great reviews. They were ok, but a little too soggy for my taste. I was expecting a crispier result.
