I love to make everything from scratch (my own spice mix, fonds, sauces etc) Fondue at Christmas time Fillet in a mustard & mavrodafni (Greek sweet wine) sauce, Vitello tonnato, bbq hamburger wrapped in prosciutto with a pesto sauce A pizza dough rolled out so thin that you could see through it... Chicken in a wine sauce which looked & tasted awful!
